If you are a first-time user, of ReBid Buy, you’ll need to set up an account.
To create a new Account:
- log into the Rebid Buy platform
- Navigate to Settings>>Account.
- Click +New Account.
- Fill in the following Fields
1. General Information
- ID: The account id, is an optional field.
- Account Name: The name of the account. This is a mandatory field.
- Contact Email: The email address which will be associated with the account. This is a mandatory field.
2. Account Contact
- Full Name: Name of the account creator
- Phone: Contact number of the account creator
3. White Label Properties
- Title: Title of the brand.
- Subtitle: Subtitle of the brand. A subtitle can be a caption phrase for a brand.
- Homepage: The homepage URL of the brand's website
- Logo: Logo of the brand
It is recommended to Use a JPEG, GIF, or PNG file of not more than 50kb and optimized to 50px in height to white label your trader reporting dashboard.
Note: While labeling refers to the process of advertising products under a legitimate brand name
4. Billing Information
Billing information includes address details and billing notes.
5. Advanced Features
Under advanced features, you can choose to enable domain and category reporting for advertisers within this account.
All other settings within this section are for internal use. Please contact your customer success manager to find out more.
6. Click Save to complete the process.
Alert: All fields in Rebid Buy with Asterisk "*" are required to be filled in.
