Audience Insights
After successfully creating an Audience, you will be directed to the Audience homepage. From here, you can perform various actions such as editing, deleting, or sharing the audience.
To view the details of the audience you just created, click on its name. This will allow you to access information based on the segmentation you applied.
Within this section, you will find a basic description of your Audience. You have the option to make edits, refresh the data, create duplicates, and review segment specifics. Additionally, you can explore Reachability data insights related to the audience.
In Reachability insights, you will find:
- Total Reachable users: Total number of users found
- Reachability by Channel: Total number of users found in channels like SMS, Whatsapp, email, etc.
On the top-right side of the page, you will find 2 options that are Export Audiences and Create Campaign.
Export Audiences
1. Click on Export Audiences and select a channel.
2. You can export your audience to the selected channel.
3. Add the name and description of your campaign and click next.
4. Then configure your Snowflake plugin and click export to export your audiences.
Create Campaigns
1. Click on create campaign and select a channel.
2. Add name and description of your campaign and click next.
3. Configure your plugin and export.
