Billing information

  1. Pay As You Go Plan
    1. Understanding pay as you go payment method When you have your account on our DSP, you get to set up ad campaigns for various adformats and keep a real-time track of the spends you make here. Through Pay As You Go payment method, you can set up a Daily Limit on your spends and get to pay on a daily basis. You only pay for what you spend throughout that day, without having to accumulate and pay huge amounts on a monthly basis. There are no initial set up or any other hidden fees. You just pay a one time deposit of the amount you set up as your daily spend limit, once the payment succeeds you can start using the ReBid Desk account.
    2. To use the pay as you go plan On the website select the Product ReBid Desk and Pay As You Go planTo activate your account, Sign up and Set your daily spend limit  on the ReBid console (
Campaigns will not run unless billing information is connected and a deposit amounting to your Daily Spend Limit has been submitted.
    3. Daily Spend Limit & Account Deposit
      1. Upon submission of your daily spend limit and payment method, a one-time deposit equal to one day of your daily spend limit will be billed.
      2. To avoid all campaigns pausing when the daily spend limit is reached, set the daily spend limit to be higher than your total daily campaign budgets.
    4. Daily Auto-Billing & Account Deposit details
      1. Connected Payment methods are automatically billed daily for the previous day’s activity.
      2. If the previous day's spend is less than $30, billing will wait until a minimum of $30 is spent before auto-billing.
      3. If the previous day’s spend is less than $30, your spend limit for the next will be auto-adjusted to the difference between actual spend limit and the previous day’s spend. (New Daily spend limit = Daily Spend Limit - Previous Day’s actual Spend amount)
      4. All account activity and spend will be billed to the payment method on file, not deducted from the deposit.
      5. The account deposit is not a prepayment for account activity or spend.
      6. If you decide to close your account, the entire account deposit will be refunded. No questions asked.
      7. If your account is closed due to a breach of the ReBid terms and conditions, the deposit will not be refunded.
    5. Accepted Payment Methods All Major Credit and Debit Cards
    6. Billing & Spend Calculation When you advertise on ReBid Desk, you'll set a budget for each campaign you run, and then we'll try to spend your budget evenly throughout the time your ads are running. You won't be charged more than the budget you set. It's important to keep in mind the difference between budget and spend:
      1. Budget: The amount of money you want the campaign to spend.
      2. Spend: The actual amount that the campaign spent, and what you will be billed. When you're setting your budget for Desk campaigns, the campaign may not always spend the entire amount. So if you set a budget of $5,000 to be spent over a month, but only $4,500 is spent during that month based on the ad's performance, your bill will be $4,500. You will be charged for the Spends on a daily basis, every 24 hrs and only for the actual amount you spend till the end of that day.
    7. Spend calculation based on impressions & clicks The pricing of Desk campaigns is based on an auction system where ads compete for impressions based on bid and performance. When you set your bid and run your campaign, you'll only be charged for the number of impressions your campaign delivered.
    8. Viewing Spend When you want to see how much you're spending on your ads, you can see an estimated daily and total campaign spend amount in the reporting dashboard.
    9. Taxes All invoiced amounts are exclusive of any and all value-added, use, sales, service, property, or other taxes or contributions. You are responsible for payment of any and all such value-added, use, sales, service, property or other taxes or contributions that are, or should ultimately be, assessed against or required to be collected.
    10. Refunds If you decide to close your account, the entire deposit will be refunded. No questions asked.
    11. Canceling your account If you want to cancel your account, visit this link (Link to cancel account on console - a msg on chatbot/email to admin) and click "Cancel Account". Or send an email to with the subject, CANCEL ACCOUNT.
