Searching for advertisers
On the Advertisers listing page, you can directly search for a specific Advertiser or use filters such as Billing Country, Markets, and advertiser Status to find Advertisers.
Click on an Advertiser name to view the Advertiser details page, which lists the media plans. From here you can create and manage media plans.
Clicking on an Advertiser name shows you the existing he media plans.
On this page, you can:
Use dynamic filters to find the desired media plans.
Use the dropdown below the Filters to view reports based on Spend, Clicks, Impressions, Conversions, Post Click Conversions, Post View Conversions, and CPC. This can be further filtered based on date-specific criteria such as Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month, and Custom Range.
Use Manage to toggle on and off a media plan, Approve or Reject the proposed budget, Edit a mediapan, Access the Campaign Groups, and attach External campaigns.
Creating a new Advertiser
Go to ReBid Buy homepage
Click Settings (gear icon) in the left navigation
On the Advertiser details page, click the New Advertiser (plus) button.
Alternatively, if you are on an Account details page, you can add a new advertiser using the New Advertiser (plus) button.
Advertiser Details are categorized into the following sections: General Information, Advertiser's ID In Integration Partners, Account Contact, Billing Information, and Advertiser Description
ID: Automatically filled out upon saving the page.
Advertiser Name: Brand or advertiser name.
Account: The account to which the advertiser is associated.
Contact Email: Contact email.
Industry Vertical: Industry vertical (example: education, electronics, entertainment to optimize services and campaign performances.
Advertiser URL: Advertiser website URL. Mandatory only for the MediaMath partner.
Timezone: Timezone of the advertiser.
Currency: Currency code.
Advertiser's ID In Integration Partners
Primarily to link your advertiser ID with the selected integration partner - Google Ads, Xandr, etc.
In this section:
select the Integration Partner from the dropdown.
Select Partner Credentials from the dropdown.
Note: Generally, partners require credentials to integrate. Different partners may have different naming conventions and may be commonly referred to as Account ID, App ID, Network ID etc.
Advertise: You have two options:
Select an Advertiser - Applicable only for Display and Video 360. OR,
Input Advertiser ID.
Select Currency code, in which the spend will be billed.
Add Site IDs: Applicable only for Campaign Manager. More than one site ID can be added, separated by commas.
Contact information of the brand or Advertiser. You can provide the Full name and the phone number
In this section, you may fill out the Billing details.
Same: A checkbox to indicate the Billing Contact is the same as the Account Contact.
Billing email: Email address for the billing.
Billing contact: Contact name of the billing.
Billing phone: Contact number of the billing.
Address 1: Line 1 of the address.
Address 2: Line 2 of the address.
City/Town: City or town name.
State/Province: State or Province name.
Postal code: Zip or Pin code.
Country: Country name.
Billing notes: Billing notes, if any, for future reference.
In this section, you may add:
Reference number: Internal reference number associate with this advertiser.
Market: Advertiser market such as Asia, Europe, etc.
Segments: Specific segment to track user activities such as how many people landed on Home page.
Additional notes: Additional information, if any, for future reference.
Labels: Start typing for case-insensitive filtering of label keys. Press Enter or inserting ':' would select an exact-match (case-sensitive) label key and start filtering label values according to the label key. Pressing enter again or selecting the label value would select an existing label or create a new one.
After adding relevant information, click Save to proceed or click Cancel to make further updates.
Using Edit, you can manage an existing advertiser.
Using toggle, you can set the status as “Active” or “Inactive.”
You can also add or modify the Targeting List.
