Creating and Managing Advertisers

Advertisers page shows a list of Advertisers, their Billing Country, Markets and how you can Manage them. To go to Advertisers page, follow these steps:
  1. Go to ReBid Homepage
  2. Click Settings from the navigation on the left.
  3. Select Advertisers

Alternatively, you can add New Advertiser directly from the Account details page. To create a new Advertiser,
  1. Go to the Advertisers page.
  2. Click the New Advertiser button.
If you are on the Account details page, you can add a new advertiser using the New Advertiser button.


Advertiser Details are categorized into the following sections: General Information, Advertiser's ID In Integration Partners, Account Contact, Billing Information, and Advertiser Description.

General Information

  1. ID: ID is automatically filled out upon saving the page.
  2. Advertiser Name: Name of Brand or advertiser.
  3. Account: The account associated with the advertiser
  4. Contact Email: Contact email of the advertiser
  5. Industry Vertical: Industry vertical helps to optimize services and campaign performance. Examples of Industry Vertical are: Education, Computers, News, etc.
  6. Advertiser URL: Advertiser website URL. It is mandatory only for the MediaMath partner.
  7. Timezone: Timezone of the advertiser.
  8. Currency: Currency advertiser deals in.
  9. Logo: Brand Logo of the advertiser. The size of the logo should be 128 x 128 pixels. It is optional to upload the logo.

Advertiser's ID In Integration Partners

This section is to link your advertiser ID with the selected integration partner like Google Ads, Xandr, etc. Follow these steps to link your advertiser ID with Integration Partner:
  1. Select the Integration Partner from the dropdown.
  2. Select Partner Credentials from the dropdown.
Note: Generally, partners require credentials to integrate. Different partners may have different naming conventions and may be commonly referred to as Account ID, App ID, Network ID etc.
  1. Advertiser: Input your Advertiser ID
  2. Select Currency in which the ad spend will be billed.
  3. Add Site IDs: Applicable only for Campaign Manager. More than one site ID can be added, separated by commas.
  4. Click Add


Account Contact

It includes the contact information about the Brand or Advertiser. You can provide the Full name and the phone number.

Billing Information

In this section, you have to fill out the Billing details:
  1. Same: A checkbox to indicate the Billing Contact is the same as the Account Contact.
  2. Billing email: Email address for the billing.
  3. Billing contact: Contact name of the billing.
  4. Billing phone: Contact number of the billing.
  5. Address 1: Line 1 of the address.
  6. Address 2: Line 2 of the address.
  7. City/Town: City or town name.
  8. State/Province: State or Province name.
  9. Postal code: Zip or Pin code.
  10. Country: Country name.
  11. Billing notes: Billing notes, if any, for future reference.

Advertiser Description

The Advertiser Description includes information about Markets and Segments. In this section, you should add the following details:
  1. Reference number: An Internal reference number associated with this advertiser.
  2. Market: Advertiser market such as Asia, Europe, etc.
  3. Segments: Specific segments to track user activities such as how many people reached the Home page.
  4. Notes: Additional information, if any, for future reference.
  5. Labels: Start typing for case-insensitive filtering of label keys. Press Enter or inserting ':' would select an exact-match (case-sensitive) label key and start filtering label values according to the label key. Pressing enter again or selecting the label value would select an existing label or create a new one.
After adding relevant information, click Save to proceed or click Cancel to make further updates.

Manage Advertisers

There are different tools available to manage advertisers. These are:
  1. Edit: You can edit and update information about an existing advertiser.
  2. Delete: You can delete an Advertiser’s account.
  3. Targeting List: You can also add or modify the Targeting List. When you click on the Targeting List, a popup will appear with various options. Add the following details:
    1. List Type: It is the type of List you want to choose.
    2. Site List: It is a list of domains that is stored in The Advertiser so any Trader could use it for their campaigns.
    3. Geo List: It is a Geo List that is stored in The Advertiser so any Trader could use it for their campaigns.
    4. App List: It is a list of apps that is stored in The Advertiser so any Trader could use it for their campaigns.
    5. Keyword List: It is a list of keywords that is stored in The Advertiser so any Trader could use it for their campaigns.
      4. List Name: It is the name you want to assign to the List.
      5. Upload File: You can also take reference from the templates provided and upload your file.
      6. Click on Save to save your Targeting List.


On the Advertisers listing page, you can directly search for a specific Advertiser or use filters such as Account, Advertisers, Billing Country, Markets, and advertiser Status to find Advertisers.


Click on an Advertiser name to view the Advertiser details page, which lists the media plans. From here you can create and manage media plans.






Clicking on an Advertiser name shows you the existing media plans




On this page, you can use dynamic filters to find the desired media plans.
  1. Use the dropdown below the Filters to view reports based on Spend, Clicks, Impressions, Conversions, Post Click Conversions, Post View Conversions, and more.
  2. This can be further filtered based on date-specific criteria such as Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month, and Custom Range.



After choosing your preferred filters, you will find a list of columns:
  1. Media Plans: It shows a lists of all your media plans
  2. AI Insights: It gives insights about the Media Plan
  3. Industry Vertical: Shows the niche including multiple industries
  4. Start: It includes the start date of the Media Plan
  5. End: It includes the end date of the Media Plan
  6. Allocated: It is the allocated budget of the Media Plan
  7. Budget: It is the budget of the Media Plan
  8. Manage: Use Manage in the Media Plans section to toggle on and off a media plan, Approve or Reject the proposed budget, Edit a media plan, Delete a media plan, access the Campaign Groups, and attach External campaigns.
