Data Reports in ReBid offer a comprehensive, tabular view of crucial information spanning over 20+ data points. These include essential elements such as Campaigns, Creatives, Devices, Conversions, and more. Data Reports provide detailed insights and metrics to help you analyse and make decisions about each element.
To go to Data Reports,
- Go to the ReBid homepage
- Click on the Analyze tab from the left navigation
- Select Data Reports
After opening Data Reports, you will see the below screen. The left navigation provides a list of available elements to select from. You can access individual data reports for various elements such as Media Plans, Campaign Groups, Ads, Creative, and more.
At the top of the screen, you'll find a set of filters to refine your data reports. These filters include:
- Accounts
- Advertisers
- Media Plans
- Duration
- Help Center (represented by a black question mark)
For further customization, you have the option to add more filters. These additional filters include Integration Partners, currency, advertisers, media plan labels, and more. These added filters allow you to tailor your data reports to your specific needs.
Beneath the filters, there's a summary section that dynamically updates every time a filter is applied or removed. In this summary, various metrics related to the selected element are displayed, and these metrics vary depending on the data associated with that element.
To the right of the summary section, you'll find three options:
1. Share: Clicking the share button opens a dialog box that generates a link for you to share the Data Reports with others.
2. Customize: The customize option allows you to personalize your Data report by selecting which fields you want to include. After making your selections, simply click the "Close" or "Done" button.
3. Download: The download button lets you instantly download your data report in a .csv format to your computer. The downloaded report is presented in a tabular form, making it easy to review your data.
In the Data Reports section, you have a range of elements to choose from when analyzing your campaign performance:
- Campaign Group: This allows you to monitor the performance of multiple campaigns that share similar objectives.
- Ad Group: You can track the performance of multiple ads with similar goals using the Ad Group element.
- Creative: This represents the actual advertisements that users interact with.
- Channel: Shows you the channel through which users arrive at your Ad.
- Device: You can examine user data based on the type of device they are using.
- Tabular Geo: This provides insights into the location of your users.
- Reach: Helps you understand the number of people your campaign has reached.
- Conversion: It allows you to track conversions.
- Exchange: Provides information about the exchange platforms your campaign is using.
- App: You can see which apps users are coming from and their corresponding IDs.
- Domain Level: Monitor performance at the domain level for a broader view.
- Social: Understand the user traffic originating from social media channels.
These elements help you learn a lot about your campaign. They give you insights that can help you make better choices to make your campaign work even better. It's important to know that each element has its own set of Metrics and data. So, a metric you see in one element might not be visible in another.
