Live Media Plans

Live Media Plans

Live Media Plans refer to comprehensive strategies and campaigns devised for advertising purposes. These plans monitor the performance of your live media campaigns, ensuring that they are executed in accordance with predetermined goals.

By assessing progress and timing of the campaigns, as well as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), these plans enable advertisers to make informed decisions regarding optimization and adjustments as necessary. To go to the Live Media Plans page, click on Live Media Plans after reaching the Optimize tab.

The Live Media Plan interface offers several filters for Account, Advertiser, Channel, Integration Partners, Pacing status, KPI Status and a list of top live media plans (e.g., top 100, 200, 500, or 1000).

Below that, you will find a comprehensive list of available live media plans. Each plan is accompanied by details related to the Live Media Plan. You can see details about Media Plan Name, Pacing, Spend, Goal, Metrics, and a Manage section.

Navigate to the Manage section to access a list of campaigns where you can create and modify different campaigns. When you select the Campaigns List option within the Manage section, you will see a comprehensive list of all your campaigns. To refine your search, you can utilize various filters such as account, advertiser, media plan, integration partner, channel, and status.

To visualize campaign performance data, choose specific Metrics, and you can see them in the form of a line graph that aggregated campaign performance data according to the metric you selected.

To specify the time period for which you want to assess campaign performance, click on Date and select your desired duration.

If you wish to hide the graph, simply click on the Hide Graph option. You can also quickly search for campaigns by entering the campaign name in the search bar. For the latest campaign statistics, click on the Refresh button. Detailed campaign information is available in the table below.

To select all campaigns, check the checkbox in the first row. You'll then see three options: Manage, Edit, and Budget Allocation.

Choosing Manage allows you to activate, deactivate, clone, or archive a campaign.

Clicking on the Edit button reveals the following options:
1. General Information: Customize campaign details such as names, insertion orders, and placements.
2. Date Range: Adjust the campaign's timeframe, either individually or for multiple campaigns.
3. Creatives: Edit and manage your creative assets.
4. Budget: Fine-tune your campaign's budget allocation.
5. Bid: Set maximum bid values and optimize bidding strategies.
6. Tracking: Configure tracking settings to monitor campaign performance effectively.

Within the General Information section, you can edit campaign attributes such as Campaign names, insertion orders, and placements. Click on any of these to view and edit additional information.

The Date Range option gives you access to edit multiple campaigns.

The next option is Creatives. Click on creatives to bulk edit the campaigns together.

The Edit Budget, Bid, and Tracking option includes settings such as:
  1. Budget Limit allows you to set the maximum amount you're willing to spend on the campaign.
  2. Daily Spend Limit restricts the amount you can spend on the campaign in a single day.
  3. Maximum Bid enables you to specify the highest amount you're willing to pay for ad placements.
  4. User Frequency lets you control how often your ads are displayed to individual users.

Click on budget allocation to see information about the budget and budget strategy.

The table provides essential information about partners, channels, AI insights, campaign details, status, performance metrics, impressions, clicks, conversions, spending, budget, and a Manage tab to oversee campaigns. Within the tab, you can deactivate, clone, edit, and generate data reports for your campaigns.

Lastly, to create a new campaign, click on Add Campaign, which will take you to the following page:

At the top, you can see and navigate through the campaign hierarchy. Next, select an integration partner and proceed to the next page, where you can input details for your new campaign.
