Can I create multiple Media Plans for different goals?

ReBid ADP supports the creation of multiple Media Plans tailored to distinct objectives. Each Media Plan can accommodate various digital campaigns, collectively working towards specific goals. Regular assessment and optimization of campaigns, guided by predetermined metrics, could further refine your campaigns for optimal outcomes.

How do I filter and manage campaigns within Live Campaigns?

Navigate to the "Manage" section to access a comprehensive campaign list. Here, you have the flexibility to apply filters, tailoring your view to specific parameters. If you're looking for particular campaigns, filters help to make the process easier. Additionally, you can initiate a new campaign by clicking on the "New Campaign" option.

How do Live Media Plans and Live Campaigns help with optimization?

Live Media Plans and Live Campaigns are optimization tools. They constantly monitor campaign performance, progress, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These insights facilitate timely optimization and adjustments. Live Media Plans provide comprehensive strategies, while Live Campaigns offer real-time performance tracking. This integration aids in refining strategies and making data-driven choices, ultimately leading to more successful campaigns.

How does "Frequency Capping" work?

Frequency capping works based on the desired number of times an advertisement is displayed to potential viewers within specific time frames—per minute, hour, day, week, or over the campaign's entire duration. For instance, when selecting a frequency capping of 1 per day, your ad will be visible to prospects only once during a given day. This feature ensures that the audience is not overwhelmed with repetitive exposure to the same ad, optimizing their experience while maintaining a controlled level of engagement.

Can I access performance reports for an account?

Yes, you can access comprehensive performance reports for a designated account. Utilize the Reports option to examine performance data across different time intervals, empowering you to gain insights and make informed decisions based on the account's performance trends. This feature enhances your capacity to optimize strategies and maximize outcomes.

Can I share a report without downloading it in CXO view?

Yes, you can share reports hassle-free in CXO view without the need to download them. When you're viewing a report, simply click on the "Share" option. It generates a shareable URL that represents the report. This URL allows others to access the report directly without requiring them to download it. You can easily copy this URL and share it with your team members or stakeholders. The report remains accessible through the generated URL whenever needed.

What are Dimensions and Metrics, and how can I use them in creating reports?

Dimensions and Metrics play essential roles in creating reports where you can measure insights from various aspects. Dimensions are attributes that categorize data, providing context for analysis. Metrics, on the other hand, offer performance indicators that quantify specific aspects of your campaigns. Together, they help you to analyze and visualize campaign insights comprehensively. Dimensions contextualize data, like campaign regions or devices, facilitating deeper understanding. Metrics, such as impressions or click-through rates, quantify performance. By utilizing both, you can gain a holistic view, make informed decisions, and optimize strategies more effectively.

What is the function of the Summary section in CXO View?

The Summary section provides a concise overview of channels, creatives, devices, and keywords. It offers insights based on specific dates and filters, highlighting key findings and trends for each category. You can customize metrics, compare periods, download reports, and more.

What does the Channel overview report consist of?
The Channel overview report offers a comprehensive view of campaign statistics categorized by different channels. It allows you to filter data based on accounts, advertisers, media plans, campaign labels, integration partners, and channels.

How can I create custom metrics and dashboards in Advanced Dashboard?

In the Advanced Dashboard, you can create custom metrics and dashboards by selecting the "Create Custom Metric" and "Create Dashboard" options. You can define metrics using formulas, search and sort through metrics, and personalize your dashboard according to your preferences.

What types of graphical representations are available for presenting reports?

The Advanced Dashboard provides various graphical representations, including tables, bar charts, line graphs, pie charts, summary charts, and dual-axis line graphs. These visualizations help convey insights effectively.

Why do I see some dimensions and metrics disappear on certain combinations?

The absence of certain dimensions and metrics within advanced dashboards for specific combinations can be attributed to various factors. This includes factors like the availability of data, granularity of information, logical validity of combinations, statistical significance of data, custom filters or segments applied, and campaign-specific settings. These are often intentional to provide a clear and accurate representation of data, ensuring meaningful insights while preventing confusion or incorrect conclusions. If you have any other doubts about this, you can contact ReBid’s support team.

How to change the currency for a specific Advanced Dashboard?

Click on this option, and a variety of currency choices will appear. From this list, select the preferred currency for your analysis. Additionally, the exchange rates for these currencies will be visible, helping you in your decision-making process.

How do I download a report?
Click on the three dots next to the widget report you wish to download. Among the options, you'll find an 'export' feature. By selecting this option, you can choose your preferred format for downloading: whether it's a PDF document, a CSV file, or a PNG image.

How do I edit a widget?
