Structure and Hierarchy

Structure and Hierarchy

For efficiency, ReBid platform is designed with the following hierarchy: Company > Accounts > Advertisers > Media Plans > Campaigns.

Consider ABC Corporation, a company that manufactures and sells electronics in the US and Italy under two divisions: Television and Computers. They approach ReBid to create advertising campaigns and maximize sales.

In the context of ReBid, ABC Corporation serves as the overarching company that encompasses multiple accounts, such as ABC - US and ABC - Italy. These accounts are created based on regions, but they can also be established based on divisions like Apparel or Furniture, catering to different aspects of the organization's operations.

As a user of the ReBid platform, it's important to understand how the different levels work together to help you effectively manage your digital advertising campaigns. Let's explore the hierarchy within the ReBid platform:

Company Level

Imagine you work for ABC Corporation, an MNC that manufactures and sells electronics. The Company level in ReBid represents ABC Corporation as a whole, providing an overview of all advertising activities across the organization.

Account Level

Within the Company level, there are two separate accounts for ABC Corporation: "ABC - US" and "ABC - Italy." These accounts allow you to organize advertising activities based on different regions. For instance, the "ABC - US" account handles advertising campaigns targeted at the US market, while the "ABC - Italy" account handles advertising campaigns for the Italian market.

Advertiser Level

Within the "ABC - US" account, you have two advertisers: "ABC Televisions" and "ABC Computers." Each advertiser represents a specific brand or a product line within the US market. For example, "ABC Televisions" represents the Television division of ABC Corporation, while "ABC Computers" represents the Computer division.

Media Plan Level

Now, within the "ABC Televisions" advertiser, you create a media plan called "Television Campaign 2023." This media plan outlines the advertising objectives, target audience, budget allocation, and campaign timelines specifically for the television division. It serves as a roadmap for executing and optimizing your advertising efforts for televisions.

Campaign Level

Within the "Television Campaign 2023" media plan, you create multiple campaigns to promote different television models. For example, you create the "ABC Smart TV" campaign and the "ABC Ultra HD TV" campaign. Each campaign is customized with specific ad creatives, budgets, and targeting parameters to effectively promote the respective television models.

By leveraging the hierarchy within the ReBid platform, you can efficiently manage and optimize your digital advertising campaigns for different regions and product lines. This example demonstrates how the Company, Account, Advertiser, Media Plan, and Campaign levels work together to provide a structured and organized approach to advertising management in ReBid.
