To go to the CXO View page, click on CXO View after reaching the Analyze tab.

In the CXO view, you will find 5 types of report sections, which are :

Summary

The Summary section of a CXO report provides a concise overview of reports related to channels, creatives, devices, and keywords. It includes insights based on specific dates and various filters, highlighting key findings and trends for each category.

The Summary contains various filters like Accounts, Advertisers, Media Plan Labels, Media Plans, Campaign Labels, and Integration Partners.

In the top-right corner, you will find a filter for Dates

You can choose the Duration of the insights from the following options or even add your own Custom Range to look through the Insights.

When you click on the Compare checkbox, another column will appear where you can add the duration of the periods you want to compare.

If you look at the right-side of the Date filter, you will find a Download button.

When you click on the Download button, a dialog box will appear where you can choose if you want to download your Report in an Excel or a PDF format.

Clicking on Share generates a shareable URL for the Report on the right side, eliminating the need to download it. You can either copy the URL or close the dialog box.

The Settings button provides options such as including default media plans, showing entities with delivery, displaying breakdown percentages in charts, and selecting metrics for summary and graph sections.

Note: 4 to 6 metrics can be chosen.

After applying filters, a Summary displays the total spend, clicks, impressions, and conversions.

Below the summary, there are charts and tables that visually represent these metrics.

Click Metrics provides information on the duration, chart representation, integration partners, clicks, CPC (Cost per Click), and CTR (Click-through Rate) for analyzing click data.

The page displays graphical representations of platform performance and integration partners. You can choose the duration and type of graph (line, bar, or table) to view the data.

There are various metrics through which you can understand the insights and performance of the platforms:
  1. Clicks
  2. Views
  3. Impressions
  4. Reach
  5. Conversions
  6. Spend
  7. CPC

Channel

The Channel overview report provides a comprehensive view of campaign statistics categorized by different channels, allowing users to apply various filters to analyze data specific to accounts, advertisers, media plans, campaign labels, integration partners, and channels.

The Channel contains various filters like Accounts, Advertisers, Media Plan Labels, Media Plans, Campaign Labels, Integration Partners, and Channels.

The filtered data provides a Summary of total spend, clicks, impressions, conversions, views, reach, leads, and eligible leads, categorized into four types of widgets: Spend, Clicks, Impressions, and Conversions.

The Spend widget displays insights for the past 30 days, including channels and corresponding spends.

The Channel in Detail section offers a detailed graph of channels and allows customization of the duration filter (weekly or monthly). The widget provides three graphical representation options: line graph, bar graph, and table.

Creative

The overview report of the Creative-wise stats gives a quick summary of how different creatives performed in a campaign. It focuses on the top 5 creatives. The purpose is to understand which creatives were most effective and how well they performed compared to others.

The widgets provide creative-wise metrics categorized into Spend, Clicks, Impressions, and Conversions. The Summary widget displays total spend, clicks, impressions, conversions, and reach. The Charts widget shows details and options related to spends, such as duration, visual representation, creative types, individual performance graphs, and ad spends.

The Show Summary section provides a summarized view of insights based on the selected metric. It is followed by a table in the Creative Performance in Detail section, where data is displayed.

From this section, you can download data for the top 10 creatives or all creatives.

Device

The purpose of the Device overview report is to provide a concise summary of campaign statistics categorized by device, enabling users to analyze performance and optimize advertising strategies based on device-specific insights.

The widgets display key metrics for the selected data, categorized into four types: Spend, Clicks, Impressions, and Conversions, providing a summarized overview of total spend, clicks, impressions, and conversions.

The Impressions widget provides a visual representation of impressions made by different devices during the specified time period. It includes a duration indicator, a circular chart displaying device-wise impressions and metrics, device types, total impressions, CPM (Cost per Thousand Impressions), and an option to view detailed graphs for individual devices' performance.

The Device in Detail section offers two options for graphical representation: a bar graph and a table, allowing you to visualize and analyze channel-specific data efficiently.

Keyword
The Keyword view is a reporting feature that provides an overview of campaign statistics organized by specific keywords. It allows users to filter data based on various parameters such as accounts, advertisers, media plans, and integration partners.

The view presents keyword-wise metrics in four types of widgets: Spend, Clicks, Impressions, and Conversions. The Keyword view helps advertisers see how their keywords are doing and figure out what changes they can make to get better results.

The Charts in the Conversions metric provide information about device-wise spends and other metrics. The Duration option shows the time period set in the Date filter. The Chart visually represents data in a circular shape with segments representing values.

Keywords refer to the type of keywords used by users. Conversions represent the actions taken by users. CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) measures the average cost of acquiring a new customer or lead.

The Show details option displays graphs for individual keywords, showcasing their performance over the selected duration. The Show Summary option provides a concise summary of insights specific to the selected metric.

In the Keyword Performance in Detail section, data is shown in a table format. It provides a closer look at how each keyword is performing by showing specific numbers and metrics. This helps in understanding how well each keyword is doing and comparing them to make decisions.
